Ability to view full workflow name in tooltip when hovering over name in workflow list

Currently when viewing the full list of workflows, if the name is cut off in the table (as it usually is) we have to click into the workflow to be able to see its full name.

We need a solution to be able to see the full workflow name even in the list view - either expand it or display it on a tooltip when we hover over the shortened name.

When there are a lot of workflows, it is very hard to know which one is which if the names are similar and then cut off! @ayodele
