This is becoming annoying & really slowing down implementation and testing work… especially if a user walks away from their computer. I understand blocking 2 users from editing at the same time… but running workflows should always be allowed, even if others are editing.
Potential options to solve this:
v1: Let tester users run workflows → just show a “warning” sign if someone else is editing it.
v2: Let tester users pick a previous “job state” to test with
