DHIS2 magic (pulling orgUnits, attributes, types, etc) not displaying in typeahead?

@mahaomolise92 , while v.0.7.3 seems to properly pull dhis2 metadata, the tooltips seem to be off since we moved to the modal view. i’ve opened a bug issue to track it! (what’s your github username? i’ll tag you there.)
