Failed Runs from Commcare

I have observed unsuccessful Runs from a GCR Skillz Malaria intervention with an error message ERROR_HTTP_400: Bad Request.

Hi Maluba! This was happening because there were multiple accent marks in the “CommCare Ext Id”. The fix we made in the past resolved the scenario where only one accent mark was in the ID. We have updated the job to clean multiple accent marks–please re-run the failed runs and let us know how it goes.
