How do I locate a job on OpenFn using a Commcare case ID? I generated a commcare case list report but I can’t seem to locate the submissions on open Fn. What could the reason be for this?
Hi Maluba, happy to help. I believe you meant to locate a “run” in OpenFn instead of a job. You can locate runs by viewing the Activity History tab of your OpenFn project. If you are checking to see if a particular case was successfully synced from CommCare, you can use the Search Console to find any messages and runs associated with the case by searching by Case ID.
