Only after you click the checkbox next to a Work Order will the “retry” button appear. It’s not intuitive to users that “retry” is even an option unless they happen to click the checkbox.
Also I think there should be a “play” button next to Work Orders. We have this button next to the first Run in a Work Order, but if the workflow was off/if there was a subscription limit issue… sometimes the Work Order never even gets a chance to run. So to retry that one Work Order, you have to click the checkbox next to it and then “Retry”, but I think a “play” button would be much more intuitive.
