This template automates the end-to-end payment reconciliation and customer statement delivery process, helping businesses send accurate, branded statements to their customers directly on WhatsApp.
What it Does
Here’s what this template automates for you:
- Data Collection
- Fetch customer and payment data from Google Sheets.
- Reconciliation
- Automatically calculate each customer’s balance:
Total Due − Payments Made
Categorise each as UNPAID, PARTIAL, PAID IN FULL, or OVERPAID.
- PDF Statement Generation

Build professional, branded PDF statements using PdfShift.

Each PDF includes customer details, payment history, and current balance.
- WhatsApp Delivery
- Send each PDF via the WhatsApp Business API using a pre-approved message template in Meta Business Manager.
- Status Tracking
- Update your spreadsheet with delivery status, PDF links, and updated balances.
Testing Notes

Tested with 4 sample customers across all payment statuses.

PDF generation is set to sandbox = true (watermarked) to save tokens.
- Switch to sandbox = false for production use.

Requires one approved WhatsApp template for outgoing messages.
