Users want to share credentials with other users

Right now we can’t even transfer credentials to other users, so this often results in having multiple duplicate credentials in the app in scenarios where we need to update the credential, but the credential owner is offline/not reachable.

I just got off a call with a customer where they agreed that the ability to transfer credentials would help, but also they’re interested in the ability to share credentials with other collaborators because there might be 2+ admins who are responsible for the openfn implementation or connected systems.

This feature was delivered.
Credentials can now be shared within a project or can be transferred between collaborators, allowing multiple admins or team members to securely access, manage, or reassign connections as needed.

This update improves collaboration and removes the need for duplicate credentials across projects.
